      Not much. They are pretty backwards as a company

      Great pay, flexibility, and overall benefits.

      Cons

      Hirings are often more who you know than what you do. May be sour grapes on my part but I’ve heard multiple people say the same thing. It’s like this at every company everywhere so not a huge “con”.
