The work is always interesting, bringing new challenges on a daily basis. The management affords everyone the creative flexibility to succeed with their own style.

Pros

The company has a number of very large, very well-known clients. They’ve been in the business for a while so it makes sense that they would be doing so well, but it’s still a humbling experience working on such large accounts for such important companies. Plus, when you leave you get to include every single one of those companies on your resumes as companies you’ve worked with. It’s a win-win.

Cons

Because they’ve been in business so long, they know what they’re doing and they don’t really stray from that. If you’re looking for a fast-paced start-up environment where things are constantly changing and new ideas are being tossed around left and right, this just isn’t that.

Pros

Laid-back work environment. Kind, professional colleagues and managers. Regular 9-5 hours. Competitive salary and full benefits. Achievable company goals. Reasonable day-to-day expectations.

Cons

Very few if any. I’ve been with the company 4 years and it’s easy to get into a groove and go with it.
