-Hybrid policy -Good place to get some experience on your resume for new grads

Cons

-Lack of transparency from upper management -Recent mass layoffs and management has not issued a statement. You just find out through the grapevine -To move up in the company be prepared to sacrifice WLB -One big customer seems to float the entire company -No matching 401k -Lack of diversity in management
