Absolutely nothing that I can think of

Cons

Zero Home Life Balance. A horrendous management team which offered little training. The Network monitoring tool used is an antiquated proprietary application that generated thousands of obscure alerts on the hour that failed to adequately state the severity or what application\server or node that was impacted but you were held accountable for the innocuous alerts. I have worked in NOCS at Bellsouth & Nextel all professional outfits but this was the absolute worse.

Pros

Great pay, great people, tons of interesting challenges, not afraid to think outside the box, eats it's own dogfood.

Cons

Challenging work and a meritocracy. If you're not good at your job you won't last long.
