Pros

The people and the $.25 cokes.

Cons

USAN's management is its down fall. Third-rate managers/directors show no leadership. Executive management shows no leadership or show any desire to make it a better place to work. Having cookouts it's it. Their policies and practices are old and tired. Employees are micromanaged with a authoritarian management approach and resist any feedback or change and show no appreciation for good work.

Pros

This company has a wonderful work environment! There are many events throughout the year that help to encourage a friendly and fun atmosphere, including cookouts, potluck lunches, celebratory dinners, and holiday parties. Occasionally the office will even close early before major holidays, which helps encourage a happy and positive attitude amongst the employees. In addition, there are great opportunities for career growth and promotion within the company. They also do a great job recognizing hard-working employees, and reward them accordingly. This is a growing company who is working hard on diversifying and adding to their current customer base. This leads to a quick paced environment with new challenges each day.

Cons

While growth and additional customers are certainly a good thing in the long run, it does lead to some growing pains with increased workloads throughout the company.
