Pace is easy/slow/predictable. No one really pays attention to work getting done,

Pros

The people are what really make this company a good place to work. There are many talented people who work here and most everyone is friendly and helpful. I've never been asked to work crazy hours to meet a deadline, though this varies by department. The company does various little things to show its appreciation for employees- regular cookouts, half days before holiday weekends, a nice holiday party every year.

Cons

No 401k match. The culture is a bit stuck in the 1980s- individual closed offices, 9-5, little chance to work from home.

Pros

USAN is full of very bright motivated people. The management is great, I have never been micromanaged on anything I have done, and I really appreciate that, they are all very goal oriented and are fine with whatever you do to get there. In the past year there has been a great push for documenting processes as well as automating repeatable human tasks. My favorite thing about USAN is they have embraced the cloud, and are moving full force to design future projects around cloud best practices.

Cons

No retirement matching. Most chairs are old, falling apart and generally uncomfortable.
