Pros

Usan is a great company to work for if you’re looking to build a long-term career. If you’re just here for the paycheck than you’re going to be disappointed I think. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great place to work regardless of your intentions, but the work won’t feel fulfilling if you’re not trying to build yourself up within the company. Just my two cents.

Cons

Top-heavy when it comes to management. That comes with pros and cons all its own.

Pros

The employees, hands down. The people who work for USAN are hard working and loyal. Some of the best and brightest people I've ever encountered work here. Money and benefits are okay.

Cons

Advancement if you want to "play the game". Perception carries more weight than reality. Management heavy.
