Pros

I love the people I get to work with! Everyone is so talented and smart and fun! Over the years they’ve become more like friends and family than just coworkers :)

Cons

We don’t get a lot of face-to-face time during the work week, but we make up for it at the company events and after hours (well, at least we did before the pandemic… now all of our face-to-face time is on FaceTime).

culture is a bit dated. There is remote work infrastructure, but we were rarely allowed to use it.

Down home southern hospitality and treatment Kindness and respect are at the core of every interaction Considered part of the family the moment you’re hired on Everyone is very close even if there isn’t a lot of chit-chat in the office Respectable, professional business environment Open and welcoming towards everyone regardless of race or gender
