USDM is great if you appreciate a cut throat environment and overly intense people at every turn. Also, you are strongly encouraged/forced to write a positive Glassdoor review after a few days of being on the job, it’s reaolly ridiculously. How do you know it’s a great place to work at that point? Senior partner will basically breath down your neck until you do it. Yes, they have good benefits, but on the other side of that they stress you out to the point that you are thankful you have behavioral health benefits to help with the strain.

Cons

I was cursed at and made to feel inadequate on a daily basis. I was not heard. I was treated as if I did not have a brain. Not a good feeling. This is not an exaggeration. I worked very hard, each day, to make a difference & it was flat out ignored. Not that I need recognition for everything I do, but they were always much quicker to point out flaws rather than a job well done. They pay everyone really well, except for administrative/support folks. The wage gap is HUGE and unfair. One of the partners is downright terrible, she is pushy, arrogant, a bulldozer, a bully, and a fake champion of the people. It’s quite sad. She turns on you in the blink of an eye. Watch out!

I have been working at USDM for almost 3 months and I can honestly say that this move was the best decision for my career and personally. I am so glad that I took that call a few months back to hear about a potential opportunity when I wasn't even looking. I love what the company stands for and how we operate. The collaboration and support of management is by far the best I have seen.

Cons

The only con I see is not enough hands on training, I do know they are in the process of improving this area so therefore, none
