Pros

If you are looking for a place to learn, grow, be exposed to many different areas of a business, and MAKE AN IMPACT for a client, this is the place to be. In my experience over the past almost 4 years, I have seen the following positives: -working on a daily basis with very smart, energetic people - which is inspiring and contagious -ability to contribute big ideas to management, which are usually met with excitement and support, and then given the ability to see these through and own the idea -company continues to grow and expand; the rising tide brings more opportunities for everyone -risk-taking is encouraged and supported, and mistakes/failures are not punished--we all own the failure, learn from it, and make the next initiative more successful-never a dull moment, there is always more work to do. If there is downtime, there are internal improvement initiatives to build your skills in even more and varied venues -ability to define and control one's schedule, much flexibility in work hours and arrangements -mostly remote work, high ability to work from anywhere

Cons

As others have mentioned, this is a very fast-paced environment with a lot of remote work. If you want a job where you are told what to do, this is probably not for you. if you don't want to come to work and be an inspiration to others and contribute to success, it is definitely not for you.

Thank you for your feedback! Over the past 2 years, much effort has been expended on building out the internal processes and support structure. It's great to see that you value the task forces that have been making an impact and helping position key contributors to make a greater impact in the company. We still have work to do, but, we will get there as a team.
