I’m so thrilled to be part of the USI’s family! From day one at USI, I felt welcomed and valued. The culture here is inclusive and promotes diversity, which is evident in our team dynamics. If I had to describe the culture in three words, they would be: supportive, innovative and collaborative. The onboarding process was well structured and informative. I received a comprehensive introduction to the company’s values and expectations, which made my transition smooth. Everyone is eager to share knowledge and support one another, which makes for a motivating work environment. My manager is approachable and encourages open communications, which helps in addressing challenges effectively.

Training is a top priority. It's great to see they maintain a resource of materials that you can easily access according to any day-to-day operations, if you need help. Its easily assessable.
