      Management is helpful and kind. They are not going to breath down your neck as long as you are completing your work within their parameters.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to integrate into their agency management systems but their ops resources are easy to access and helpful.

Everyone I've interacted with is not only highly competent but also genuinely friendly and approachable. I find the work we do at USI to be very important and engaging.

      Micromanagement

      Pros

      The pay is decent compared to most.

      Cons

      Micromanaging that comes from the top. It’s not about you getting the job done here. It’s about are you doing it a certain way, which is not an effective way. The processes are long. Many approvals and documentation required. People try to make sure the carrier gets paid quickly but if they don’t take the longer route they want you to, then you’re not doing a good job.
