      This place is a dumpster fire that has been burning for years. They need to change name to Micromanaging Services. The lack of actual insurance knowledge is baffling.

      Fantastic leadership, Great culture and so many tools to make the job easier and to help clients stay ahead of market trends.

      Cons

      Only small con right now is not a ton of quality prospects to go after right now because there are many producers in the office. With that said, it is a plus that there is so many tenured producers that are ready to help.
