      Pros

      I wouldn’t want to work at another firm or another USI office. The practice leader is recently in the role and came straight from production. He teaches you how to do everything from A to Z and doesn’t micromanage. When you need his help then count on it Great group of producers and the team is constantly improving

      Cons

      There could be better marketing support and events help. We need less corporate initiatives
