      Pros

      People I work with are great Better hybrid schedule than most.

      Cons

      Horrible turnover, since I've been here less than a year 4 people have quit. So much work, people are quitting and no one else to give work to but me. In the interview process I was promised a benefit USI should hold their word to honor it. Bad 401k% with 5 years waiting period plus no Christmas bonus. Bonus $ told in interview was the max, later found out it's not hit often.

      Great company, high turnover and marketing issues

      Structured. Great pay. Amazing carrier access. Tons of resources.

      Cons

      Only one vertical to work with for the most part. Anything over 25k in select is handed off to middle market. Unable to keep accounts after validating unless they have changed that rule. Very corporate. red tape. rigid. people write notes to take half the deal without calling them.

      Pros

      I've worked in insurance before, but USI is on another level. From day 1, I have felt supported and a part of something bigger. Leadership is transparent and genuinely cares about your success and the training is top-notch! USI isn't just about having the most clients, it's about bringing all the data and the resources to every level of business owner from small to large and helping to ensure nobody is buying too much insurance. We have our One Advantage that keeps us at the next level and able to offer products and services to businesses that will help secure their bottom line and propel their strategic planning.

      Cons

      The only con is keeping up with all of the opportunities and learning new systems. Once the systems are second nature it will simply be a matter of doing the do to get the get. There is a lot to learn, but if you are coachable and willing to put in the work; you will easily be able to make USI the place you retire from.
