      Micromanagement

      Pros

      The pay is decent compared to most.

      Cons

      Micromanaging that comes from the top. It’s not about you getting the job done here. It’s about are you doing it a certain way, which is not an effective way. The processes are long. Many approvals and documentation required. People try to make sure the carrier gets paid quickly but if they don’t take the longer route they want you to, then you’re not doing a good job.

      Pros

      - So far everyone I've met in the office has been extremely helpful and nice. - Great Resources - Onboarding has been very helpful and the Academy Training is not as painful as it sounds! - Good Compensation - Great Culture

      Cons

      The only con I could think of is that they really stress being in the office if you aren't doing drops or have appointments. Upper management checks to see how often you are scanning your ID badge throughout the week. They typically want you in the office at least 4 days a week.

      Pros

      The thorough training is great to teach you everything you need to know about your job. This company holds strong on initiatives to foster a positive and diverse work environment. Upper management and everyone around you is willing to answer questions and teach you. This company values it's employees!

      Cons

      Can be slow paced at first if you enter the program already licensed.
