      Decent base salary, $95000 + commission

      Cons

      The interview was rescheduled twice with very little notice. Once the interview took place, it was rushed and lacked substance. The interviewer seemed overwhelmed & uninterested even though they were trying to recruit me for over a year. They depend heavily on GAs for EB support and only have one manager for all of southern CA.

      Pros

      There were a few coworkers that I really enjoyed working with and my manager and supervisor were great, but their hands were tied regarding promotions and raises.

      I worked at USI for a few years and was very disappointed. The tipping point was when it was announced that end of year bonuses would be capped at 1% due to corporate decisions,
