They give you a pay check

Cons

Everything! They make you a work horse. No annual raises ever. The bonuses are taxed so much, it's not even a bonus. The management treats you like a work horse and will lie about anything to cover their own butt. The management gets all the credit when you do all the work and they get the awards and extra money.

Pros

I work in the Tampa, Florida location, within the Employee Benefits department. This is a great place to work - there is a lot of teamwork and collaboration. It's a pleasure to work with so many seasoned and knowledgeable professionals in an upbeat environment.

Cons

Salary increases are not annual.
