Micro-managed, account managers and assistants are tracked everytime they get up from their desk regardless of whether work is completed and exceeding performance goals, no clear path to promotion, office politics, negative work space, lack of bonuses and pay increases. Hard to believe company is making $1B but although you exceeded all goals on performance report and workload increased, no rain was given. Turnover rate is very high, 9 employees left in the last year or so.
