Pros
USI is a big company that still has the nimble, entrepreneurial spirit of a small company. We're always testing out new ideas (large and small) and as an associate, I feel that my feedback is always taken seriously and given real consideration. You've never just a cog in the wheel - each of us is actively involved in making USI better. I can personally take an idea and follow it all the way through to action, and that's incredibly rewarding for me.
Cons
We're all really working here - there are no free rides! If you're looking for a place to duck down and skate by, this probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a place to really engage, work hard and see real achievement - that's USI.
