      Opportunity! The best producer comp plan in the business and the tools to help you be successful if you are committed. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Strong local management that knows the business and values their employees everyday. The greatest team spirit I have ever experienced professionally.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and expectations are very high. You've got to give it your all everyday to make the most of this place.

      Pros

      The company is working hard to advance its best practices for customer service and is focusing diligently on employee perks benefits etc. The New England Region has grown tremendously in recent years and has added talented and drive employees to the USI community. The local region is unique and supportive with a strong leadership presence including support from our corporate staff.

      Cons

      Medical insurance costs are moderate however coverage is terrific.
