      Mediocre at best- no raises and no thoughts behind huge company decisions

      Pros

      There are some nice people and the hours are flexible under the right manager. Good environment to learn in because the business is very fast paced and they don't follow many set guidelines.

      Cons

      Management is unapproachable and overall unfriendly. They overpay people who do very little compared to those that do most of the work. The biggest issue is the lack of value they have for long time employees. There is no gratitude to people who go above and beyond their job description. Instead those same employees get fired or replaced with more expensive, less qualified people.

The opportunities for anyone looking to make a difference are endless! With " whatever is in the customers best interests" as our guide, we are encouraged to find meaningful and impact solutions that go way beyond simply fulfilling a task. Fun! Corporate and local CEO's as well as Senior Leadership recognize and promote a fun workplace. As the calendar moves thru the seasons, themed parties, region to region sports rivalries, holiday and client service awards, employees look forward to the next stress relieving event and truly appreciate the emphasis on playing as hard as they work!

      Built by acquisition and the commitment to maintaining the footprint of local presence lends itself to culture variances which has its pros and cons. With Increased collaboration between local offices and regions our collective goals can be met with increased frequency.
