Pros

Some good Projects on latest technologies. Engineers and technologists are friendly and collaborative. Good place to learn, when on decent project

Cons

Talk a lot about open culture but just not open to receive any negative feedback about the entry level managers or program managers. Directors and senior managers are more focused on progressing their careers, simply lack any empathy. Pls note the most positive reviews for UST are from Talent Acquisition Specialists or managers.

Pros

Have been working here for last 6+ years. Nothing to mention

Cons

No space for career growth. Salary revision is very bad. Not good for technologist. For experienced professionals, after joining this company it will be a complete stop to their career growth. Company doesn't care about the skills or experience. Company cares about only billing from their Clients and put us on any project without the proper experience or skills required. For example, if their Client has a junior developer position open - this company will put a 10+ years experience professional to fill this open position.
