An Employee friendly company where work life balance can be perfectly maintained and feels like Family.

Pros

UST has a good campus and infrastructure for what we and client fall for. There are a few good Managers and co-worker who are there to help.

Cons

Job Security is less, its all based on the Project we work, If the Project gets end we are moved to Talent Pool from where our heartbeat starts, max is 60 days to find the project and give interviews, once we cross 60-days we will get the call from the HR to put the paper. Else we need to take-up a role which doesn't matches our skill set and burn our-self. Most of the Project doesn't give work life balance and need to stretch for more than 11hrs and we have to attended calls during our off-business hours. I have came across mostly non People Friendly managers who doesn't even consider our problems. I don't recommend for lateral entry hires as they would struggle in the high politics environment. There is always a silent lay-off scenario. If we don't have rapport with manager he/she can ruin your life their with negative feed backs and his/her words are believed. UST is not employee friendly company.

Dear USsociate First of all, Thank you for the feedback about UST’s campus and infrastructure. We take a lot of pride and strive hard in providing the very the best working conditions for our associates. However, we are very sorry to hear about the experience described in many areas. The challenges that are described are definitely not a usual occurrence at UST Global, but it looks like we fell short in your case. Would you be open to having a discussion? Kindly write to hr@ust-global.com and we would like to talk to you in detail and make sure the situation is made right. Best Regards Human Resources

Pros

*You will get opportunities to work with top industrial clients in semiconductor domain. *Decent perks *Best health insurance for family (Not for parents) That's all I can say

Cons

* If you are deployed at client location and reporting to client directly, "Thank god" first! Cause, if you are reporting to any of UST managers, your life sucks. * Headless non technical program managers without basic communication skills, who are seriously a burden to organization. * The managers doesn't even know how to talk properly with their employees. They think, all the employees are slaves to them. They can only see the employee potential up to their level. In fact, they really don't know anything. Literally, nothing! * "Lick my shoes, I will make you manager" - strategy to follow if you want to become one. Seriously, I have seen people who were thrown out by clients coz of incapable of doing basic things turned out to be managers in ODC 😂 applicable for hikes as well.
