Pros

Good culture & benefits. Plenty of opportunity to develop skills and work cross-functionally. Most teams are fun to work with. Profitable despite decline in revenue.

Cons

Communication poor between departments. Senior leadership seems lack vision to navigate competitive market.

Pros

Customers were primarily the focus in most business decisions made during most of my tenure with this company.

Cons

Company culture, employee morale, and leadership ethics diminished severely over the past year within business channel and business channel leadership. Constant changes in leadership focus "What's the flavor of the day". Many "best practices" shared and celebrated by leaders and were not truly best practices because they were not duplicatable. Often times minimal efforts were inflated by peers on my team as contributors to success. Many peers would self promote these minimal efforts to justify their jobs and politically "Play the Game"!
