Pros

I enjoy the face to face sales with customers. I enjoy the competitive environment and love being a top producer.

Cons

The compensation structure seems to change a few times a year and has never been in favor of the employees. In order to make the same amount as in a previous year you end up working much harder. Not a company I can see myself at much longer as the pay cuts have been tough to deal with. The top producers, such as myself, are impacted the greatest by the compensation changes. In the spring of 2014 the company tied compensation to quota percentages obtained as opposed to compensation for actual raw production numbers. This has not been a good thing because it has allowed the company to essentially give you a pay cut every time they inaccurately over forecast you quotas. There was one month where surprisingly they cut the quotas across the board and by doing so increased everyone's commissions for the previous month but in my opinion there have been many other months that should have had lower quotas and were not adjusted.

Pros

Bonus payouts are great. Great exposure to EVP and VP levels.

Cons

Very brutal when you're at a certain level in management. Regardless of the bonus payouts there is an incredibly high attrition rate at and above a certain level. Not only attrition but people are let go at alarming numbers. The culture is very odd - they talk a big game but it's quite passive aggressive and down right ugly in many aspects of the culture. I've heard VPs and EVPs screaming at people (vendors and employees) on conference calls.

Pros

Company Culture USED TO BE amazing... Now, they have seem to have forgotten what the company stands for. Customers no longer come first

Cons

Corporate leadership does not support long-term, tenured employees.
