Pros

Good benefits, positive work environment with lots of feedback offered in a positive light, opportunities to advance and learn other aspects of the job. Pay is better than average for the field.

Cons

Missing work in the first 90 days will result in termination, regardless of circumstances (as far as I know) -- can make it very difficult if someone becomes ill because sick people will have to come to work, making others sick as well.

Pros

Fantastic benefits: Healthcare (medical, dental, vision), tuition reimbursement, annual bonus, stock options for high performance, quarterly bonus for 3rd shift employees of 15% (or 15% extra an hour for hourly employees). Awesome technology to work with in wireless telecommunications and core networking technologies (LTE, VoLTE, Packet Core, Access/Distribution/Core R&S). Great culture and management, awesome associate + leader relationship. Open door policy at all management levels. Servant leadership culture.

Cons

None come to mind. I am sure some leaders are better than others like any part of life, most all I have worked with are exceptional.
