      Pros

      most of the people are really capable.

      Cons

      However, not taking risks is rewarded, people stay there forever, and change only happens during extreme crisis. The processes in place ensure that the company evolves at a glacial place.

      -They're no better than any other "Over-the-phone" customer service job -People who work there, especially in management are drinking a lot of "cool-aid" and they try to force it down other people's throats as well and if you aren't willing to accept that, you're more than likely going to be fired. - There's just as much backstabbing, favouritism and butt-kissing there as any other employer.

      worst company to work for. The HR department was extremely racist. They treated foreigners with utmost rudeness. Most of them did not know even simple things about legal issues about the job. Due to huge mistakes made by HR department, I faced many consequences. When I informed them, they threatened to fire me. Furthermore, they lied that they have investigated and have found no error. It was one of the worst places that I ever worked for. There was an employee in HR that did lots of mistakes for all foreign workers and surprisingly, he continued to work there
