USFalcon was a great company to work for. I only wish the contract could have gone longer.

Cons

Incredibly bad benefits package (all medical was expensive and poor coverage). Poor management. No room for growth within the company. Employees are treated like a number, company is only concerned about making margins and will do anything to keep the money in their own pockets. Low wages.
