      If you are on a contract and it go a way they will try and put you some where else, but if they can not you are looking for a new JOB.

      Flexible Schedule, good pay for non LPTA contracts

      Cons

      Accrued leave hours do not roll over to the next pay period, like many other small companies in the Defense SETA world. This makes it difficult to take time off using accrued comp time.
