Company is too large to compete for small business contracts, too small to compete well with other larger contractors.

If you are on a contract and it go a way they will try and put you some where else, but if they can not you are looking for a new JOB.

Cons

Accrued leave hours do not roll over to the next pay period, like many other small companies in the Defense SETA world. This makes it difficult to take time off using accrued comp time.
