Pros

First of all the people in the company are making the work environment as fun as it gets. From day 1 the team are so welcoming supportive and made it such an easy transition for me. It is a place to grow and fast! The opportunities here are endless and the work environment is like no other. Such a refreshing change. we even have a pool table in the office

Cons

I can't think of anything that I have faced so far, but always everything that came up as an issue was brought up by the team and the management is super attentive and made sure that is addressed.

Innovative product that is changing changing the industry, great people, growing high-tech company with many opportunities to develop.

Cons

As a fast growing company some positions are still missing so work load falls on everyone. Very high pace - not for everyone. Changing organizational structure (part of the growth) might be challenging.
