Cons
B grade sales management team that are required to sell. The executive team has very little understanding of how to manage and retain a remote sales team, let alone respect for sales employees. Your direct manager is required to sell acounts and will never distribute leads. Defined territories are just a concept at this company and there's very high turnover Don't let your ego be wowed by the tech to think it's easy to sell - it's very expensive and large equipment that doesn't replace a current expense. Salary is on the low side and you don't receive a commission until the product is installed which can be over a year. Very, very long sales cycles.
