Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a phone interview canceled, and we’re sorry for the disappointment this caused. At the time your interview was scheduled, we were actively hiring for this role. Shortly before the interview date, we reached the maximum number of candidates we could responsibly onboard for that training class. After careful consideration, we decided it was more respectful to be transparent and cancel the phone interviews rather than move forward for a role that was no longer available. This was not a decision we made lightly. We strive to balance efficiency with a positive candidate experience, and in this case, we believed clear communication was the best option, even though we recognize it was still frustrating. We welcome candidates to reapply if they’re interested in future opportunities. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve our hiring process.
