Pros

Fantastic pay for fairly realistic expectations. Executives are quite grounded and reasonable. Growing company that genuinely looks out for employee financial and personal well being.

Cons

Fast growing company - growing pains are certainly felt. A lot of management - this creates many disparate expectations on an employee outside of those of just the direct supervisor. (This is across the organization - not just this position.)

Pros

The culture at UWCU is phenomenal, unlike that of any other company I've worked for. If you're in college looking for a part-time job, it is a great job.

Cons

Lack of opportunity and not as open to moving people up the ladder as they lead you to believe. Pay scale is pretty low too. More of a temporary job, not a lifetime career.

Relaxed working environment. Open door policy in my department. Culture is strong and hard work acknowledged. Profit sharing, 401k match, generous PTO.

Cons

Some growing pains in the companies drive to expand. Not big enough to offer a wide array of advancement potential. Need to spend more time/effort to develop employees.
