Pros

Excellent, caring & skilled service providers, comprehensive care, decent vacation and sick leave.

Cons

Employees and their concerns are not priority for the bureaucracy of the hospital business. There are high expectations with little room for flexibility. Depending on the level of management the culture can be toxic. Too much expected of providers outside of direct patient care and the burden keeps increasing which leads to poor patient care and burnout.

HORRIBLE DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

WRS that is it if you can stand to work there to actually get it.

Cons

LEADERSHIP is HIGHLY unqualified for their roles, most of them have slept their way to the top, or intimidate everyone to get where they are in their incompetent unqualified roles. If you know more than your superiors about anything, they create "fake" evidence to fire you. It is not the prestigious place it once was, very sad and leadership knows it ,which is why they are fighting the nurses union at every cost. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Not the place it use to be

Pros

Co-workers are supportive and helpful.

Cons

The environment has become toxic in the last two years with the new CEO and his management picks. The top levels have ballooned while the workers are being asked to do more work with fewer people and resources every day. Management seems to have adopted an attitude that "beatings will continue until morale improves." Benefits are being cut back as yet another cost saving measure.
