Pros

Wonderful coworkers and great doctors. Good job satisfaction. Family type of atmosphere with other staff that promoted good friendships and lasting relations.

Cons

Too much micro managing from superiors that stifled innovation and growth. A good old boys club mentality and too many of the managers appeared to be still in their cliques from High School.

Poor management.

Pros

Vacation, benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Turnover rate is beyond anything I’ve seen/witnessed anywhere else. Management is constantly micro-managing, breathing down your neck, assigning tasks to officers of which do not apply to the job description. Employees suffer due to management’s poor tactics and decisions. Overtime is constant due to continuous low staffing levels on each shift. Poor employees seem to generally be rewarded more so than good employees. Management also has a habit of doing everything to benefit employees in other departments rather than their own.

Wages aren’t fair

Pros

State pension if you stay in the company long enough

Cons

Pay $1320 a year for parking, very small raises, hard to move up because they only allow so many senior techs and the regular techs are encouraged NOT to troubleshoot- they are instructed to go to a senior tech for that. Merit based raises - point system and only so many people can get highest rating- which they look at how many projects and what extra you do- but if you aren’t a senior tech you can let do certain projects so they set u up for small raise and it’s not fair. New grads are making similar to what 10-14 year techs are making.
