Pros

It is a place to work that has pretty decent benefits.

Cons

The organization's management as a whole seems to not care about it's employees anymore. Pay is being cut. Benefits are being taken away. Good employees are being pushed out to make room for lower paid, newer candidates.

Residency program, great team at The American Center, state benefits, pay

Cons

Top down management, "shared governance" leaves more to be desired, more worried about cost than patient and staff satisfaction, often worked understaffed. You will lose all accrued sick time if you resign and don't return to the organization within one year.
