      Good pay and great benefits Great people to work with overall many learning and educational opportunities available to those who wish to take advantage of them

      Cons

      Department managers and supervisors need to be more engaged with their staff Parking fees are exorbitant on the university's lots but that's not the hospital's fault

      Good national reputation in research.

      Cons

      A factory. No chance of upward mobility. They work hardest on their image and PR. Best thing they're good at is telling themselves how great they are.
