      Lots of Management turnover at all levels

      Flexible working options. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Management turnover, co-worker turnover, burnout. Workload made it difficult to do a good job for patients. Taking the time to put patients first, and actually help them resolve their care coordination needs, was not rewarded.

      Cons

      Salaries are lagging behind market; this has affected the organization's ability to attract and retain social workers (Currently there are multiple positions open, particularly in the inpatient units). Benefits have been cut; the organization recently cut vacation time and other benefits for employees that started after 12/20.
