Great teamwork and culture. Remarkable physicians.

Cons

Hard time getting out on time due to patient needs. Large organization which can lead to poor communication at times and lots of initiatives and changes at one time. Teaching hospital is great for remarkable care but also has its challenges with communication.

Leader styles vary greatly. Which results in uneven experiences as an employee. Very beaureaucratic. Waiting for decisions is painful. Decisions are changed on a whim. Hard to tell who really makes decisions - it's not my manager or director.
