      Pros

      Department Leadership is phenomenal. We are encouraged to strive for success and are groomed for future position ambitions. I love my team and the work I do.

      Cons

      When in leadership, a lot is expected of you beyond your typical job duties. Compensation is not fair to employees and the burocratic requirements to change a process with HR takes too long. We need more staff, but are often denied the resources.
