      Pros

      UW Health has boundless opportunities for career growth, advancement and try different roles/departments. I have been with the organization for 15 years and have been fortunate to had numerous roles. The company benefits are exceptional and the people you will work with are brilliant. There is a sincere interest in diversifing our workforce and ensure our policeis and practices are culturally congruent.

      Company is very large and can take awhile to learn to navigate the organization.

      Lots of opportunity to advance Competitive salaries for both clinical and non-clinical Great benefits. Many options available

      Cons

      UW Hospital employees are state employees, so they have pensions. Some may not like the rules that go along with having a state pension vs a 401k Parking is egregious if you work at the main hospital
