Pros

Even thought the hospital is a big place, after a while you will get to know most staff that you come to contact with. Most staff are great to work with, everyone is friendly and professional.

Cons

Because it is a big place to work at, management cannot micro managed employees. There are employees that take advantage of this and didnt get their work done as it should be.

Pros

The Health benefits and 401k are great. The main admin AOB building is really nice.

Cons

Here is just a small list of issues. Management had no idea what their employees actually do. The workload vs staffing level has gotten much worse. They can't hire for positions that have been vacant for a year. No a family place. Everyone looks out for them selfs. This reorganization is a load of crap that was not discussed with the employees. The CTO is an unprofessional person and would yell at you in front of people.

Pros

401K plan is pretty decent. The benefits could be a lot worse.

Cons

Middle management is terrible! The bullying and micromanaging is at an all time high. Understaffed and overmanaged.
