      Frustrating trying to get time off that has been earned when there is not enough coverage for vacations.

      Great people to work with, opportunity to make a difference in someone's life through better health care and education.

      Cons

      Mid-level management not always as professional as I have been accustomed to in past work experiences. Difficult to get clear direction on expectations, depends on whom you are talking with at the moment.
