      great place for health care research

      Pros

      Benefits are good to work in the health care companies. Experiences collaborating with scientists and doctors to help learning new things quickly.

      Cons

      Senior management needs to be more stable. It may get quite cold in winter, sometimes takes half an hour to dig car out of the snow, so please get an underground parking while living in Madison if possible. Heavy constructions in the UW hospitals area at the present.

      A dynamic dedicated health care organization

      Pros

      For such a large complex organization it feels like home. Staff are highly skilled, and driven to do good work for the benefit of the patients. It is a workplace which instills pride because of the ground breaking work that is done there every day. I see people at all levels strive to provide or contribute to the positive experience of patients and families.

      Cons

      It is an overly complex organization which should move towards integration of it's 3 entities for the benefit of the patients, staff and community.
