      Pros

      Great manager and supervisor when I was with them. Work is secure. Easy IMO - Opportunity to multitask while at work.

      Cons

      Being forced to work double shifts if somebody from the next shift calls in sick late The CEO is a selfish person and would rather hire hundreds of nurses every year that have just graduated and watch them turnover than pay them properly.
