      Job Advancement, best retirement benefits, although insurance not soo much.

      Good health insurance and job security

      Cons

      Horrible communication across the entire system. Not very competitive pay for mid to low level employees. Frequent turnover and they tend to stretch current employees thin rather than get replacements hired. Low morale is pretty common.
