The best part about working for Uline was hands down the warehouse environment and friendly peer to peer morale. Very well lit Clean beyond imagination Equipment cleaned regularly Very easy to build relationships with staff above and below. Company pays for your uniform. A win in my opinion some thought differently Being a part of a growing business was a plus. There are always downsides to rapid growth but the branches are starting to mature and keep a steady growth pattern that is good for morale and keeping capital improvement going forward.
Cons
Unfriendly work hours due to industry type and cut times Can get stuck in the same roles/responsibility for 3+ years without any guidance on next steps. Very top down management style Training period for managers can be not value added and unnecessarily lengthy. Due to system constraints your quantity of emails can be very numerous. Process improvement is not a priority
