Pros

I just celebrated my 5 year anniversary at Uline, and I couldn't be happier. I love the culture of the company. Everyone works hard and works well together. I am looking forward to the next 25!

Cons

The only con is that upper management is very involved in all decisions, which sometimes limits opportunities to take responsibility for your department.

Great people create a fun, young environment. Strong company growth means job security. Strong exposure to upper management.

Cons

Decision making is slow. Few opportunities to reach upper management positions. Projects can be derailed based on opinions, not based on data

Great Pay and Benefits! Gym and occasional free food.

Cons

Managers and leads literally stand over your shoulder and watch you. Don't make any mistake or they will be on your back for a while. Managers can get very aggressive. Abuse, Abuse, Abuse!! I got yelled at and humiliated often to the point that I suffered from major depression. I had to run away unfortunately. There is too much favorism. The place is run like the Military. You must have thick skin to survive.
